About
I'm Hunter Gore, a licensed South Carolina REALTOR® with eXp Realty, based in Greenville. Most people relocating here start the same way: a browser tab full of listings and no real sense of which town actually fits their life. That's the gap this site closes.
I help buyers moving from out of state understand the Upstate and the rest of South Carolina before they commit to a zip code. Schools, commutes, taxes, insurance, what your budget actually buys in Greer versus downtown Greenville. Then I represent you through the purchase.
Your information stays with me. It is not sold to a referral network.
What I do
Side-by-side comparisons of Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Columbia, Charleston, and the smaller towns people overlook. Cost of living, property taxes, insurance, commute times, and what daily life actually looks like.
Tell me your budget, your commute, and what you need from a school district. I narrow South Carolina down to the three or four areas worth your time, before you book a scouting trip.
Full buyer representation through eXp Realty: showings, offers, negotiation, inspection coordination, and closing. Including video walkthroughs if you're still out of state.
Lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, movers, and contractors I've actually worked with. No paid placements, no kickbacks.
How it works
Budget, timeline, commute, what you need from a school district, and what you're trying to get away from. Fifteen minutes on the phone or a form.
With the real numbers behind each: taxes, insurance, drive times, and what your budget buys there this month.
In person or by video. I represent you through offer, inspection, negotiation, and closing under a written buyer agency agreement.

Questions
Yes, and that's most of what I do. We can work through neighborhoods, budgets, and timelines by phone and video, and I'll do walkthrough videos of homes so you're not flying in for every showing.
Buyer representation is covered by a written buyer agency agreement that spells out compensation before we start. In most South Carolina transactions the seller's side contributes toward it, but that is negotiated per deal and I'll walk you through the numbers in plain terms before you sign anything.
The three that surprise people most: property taxes are assessed very differently for primary residences versus second homes and rentals, homeowners insurance varies sharply by county and proximity to the coast, and building code enforcement is not uniform statewide, so inspection matters. I'll cover all three before you make an offer.
